Sometimes ideas come in threes, or perhaps better said, sometimes I have enough parts to try an idea more than once. It had been a while since I made any flowers, and after wrapping up a rather large commission, the time was ripe to dial out some small art. These flowers are composed of aircraft A/C compressor parts, bicycle sprockets and brake rotors, jaws from pipe spreading tool, and a couple of antique piano tuning pegs thrown in for good measure. Just what I needed to reset myself, these little flowers are a reminder that the parts most hidden are often the most beautiful.
